Mentor Requirements:

Experience

Mentors must be experienced in their field so that they can expose student interns to the job and what it entails.

Patience

CIVITAS student interns are qualified but not perfect. Mentors must be willing to provide frequent check-ups and quality feedback.

Creativity

Mentors should be creative and offer outside opportunities for student interns that expand and enhance the learning process.
